In other news: NIT pairings announced

Georgia Southern is matched up against UNCC in the opening round (neither got a bye). GSU got one of the 4 lowest seeds (10 seed...there are 4 brackets of 1 through 10). UNCC got a 9 seed. South Carolina (3 seed) got a bye, and plays Western Kentucky, who also received a bye. As you may recall, the Gamecocks won the NIT last year, and darn near won the SEC tournament today. Clemson (4 seed) also got a bye, and plays Louisiana Tech. Also, Maryland, our NIT foil last year, has a 1 seed and has a bye, obviously.
