Kenny's tattoo: mystery solved

I've been trying, for quite some time, to figure out what the heck is on Kenny's arm. Well, here it is, as best as I can piece it together. It appears to be two female angels kneeling below a male angel overlooking the two females below. The male angel is a bit scary looking, I must say. Anyway, personally, I wouldn't have such a prominent tattoo myself....but to each his own. I am, however, curious as to what its significance is for Kenny. If anybody knows, how about filling us in?
