We don't have a game for a couple of days, so I thought I'd fill the gap with some more pointless trivia.

The Southern Conference was the first conference to have the "3-pointer". It was given a test run in the SoCon before being used throughout the NCAA.

Can you name the player that sank the very first 3 point basket in NCAA history, and the player's team? Extra credit: What was the date of the first 3 point shot? Hint: it was not a Davidson player, but it was a SoCon team.
