Up Next: College of Charleston (away)
Next Monday night, the Wildcats travel to Chuck-town to take on the Cougars of the College of Charleston. This is, once again, a huge game for Davidson. It has developed into what I think is the best rivalry in the Southern Conference....despite the fact that Davidson has won almost every game in recent memory. This game is important, not only for rivalry purposes, but also to be sure that the Wildcats maintain a hold on the #1 seed in the SoCon Tournament, and, at a minimum, an automatic post-season bid.
The Cougars are on a bit of a roll, having won 7 out of their last 8 games. Couple the Cougars recent run along with playing in their place, and we have a very tough game on our hands.
I'm sure that the Bushido will have plenty to say about this game, even though Charleston has another game (UNC-G on Saturday) before we play them.
